Creating a life we desire is more important than creating a career.  This process helps in career creation as opposed to job selection.  It revolves around strengths and preferences rather than weaknesses and deficiencies.

This service is available to students and young adults that have completed their junior year in high school. It consists of an assessment that includes five distinct measures as well as a 60 - 90 minute debrief session with a certified assessment specialist.

The Measures

Once completed, the student will know 1) their top career interests, 2) their personality profile, 3) how they like to work, 4) what they value in a career, 5) how they like to learn.

The Debrief Session

Approximately two weeks after the assessment is complete, the student and their parent/guardian are invited to a debrief session where we will review their results.
